In 2022, we purchased a home on the west side of Bend. We obtained a short-term rental permit and use the home for part-time Airbnb rentals. With plans to renovate in 2025, we made some short-term adjustments to make the home more appealing to renters. We focused on catering to families, like our own, by adding multiple twin beds and a play area. Stay tuned for a larger update!
